Liverpool Register Interest in Hoffenheim Winger Bazoumana Toure

Liverpool have formally registered their interest in Hoffenheim winger Bazoumana Toure. The player is valued at around £43.1m. Liverpool are ahead of Manchester United in the pursuit. Bazoumana Toure is a 20-year-old Ivory Coast international. He joined Hoffenheim from Hammarby in the winter of 2025. He recorded five goals and 12 assists in 30 Bundesliga appearances. Toure is left-footed, quick, direct and creative. He is described as having blistering pace, sharp dribbling and creative flair.

Manchester United, Aston Villa and Newcastle United have also been linked with Toure. Brighton and Brentford are among other clubs showing interest. Hoffenheim have set a price of €40‑50m, roughly £43m. Toure is under contract until 2029 with no release clause. Liverpool must decide whether he is ready for the Premier League now or needs another season in Germany.
