Roma eye €35m record spend to secure Diego Moreira for left side

Roma are prepared to break the €35 million ceiling to sign Belgian full‑back Diego Moreira from Strasbourg, moving the player to the Giallorossi in Rome. The deal targets the left flank, where Liverpool’s recall of Kostas Tsimikas has left a gap, and Moreira has already given his approval.
