Report: Roma fields third goalkeeper against Manchester United

Report Roma confirms that Pierluigi Gollini has not yet recovered from a back injury and therefore will not be able to play against Manchester United in the Champions League, a match that kicks off at Old Trafford at 20:00 GMT (21:00 CEST).
The goalkeeper had been assessed with a late fitness test at the Manchester hotel, but the result was negative, so the team is forced to resort to the third‑choice goalkeeper.
Gollini was already the provisional starter, covering for the absence of Mile Svilar, who has been out for more than a month, and now coach Gian Piero Gasperini must choose between Devis Vasquez and the young Giorgio De Marzi.
Roma dominate the first half at Old Trafford thanks to Soule and Malen
Devis Vasquez, former Milan player, was added to the Champions list after Svilar's injury; he played only one competitive match last season for Besiktas against Karagumruk on April 27.
Giorgio De Marzi, 19, holds Italian nationality but was born in Lancaster, California, near Los Angeles, and has just renewed his contract until 2031.
The indicated line‑ups also include Leonardo Balerdi and Rodrigo Mora in a 3‑4‑2‑1 formation, with Vasquez in goal, Balerdi, Ndicka and Hermoso in defence, Molina, Cristante, De Roon and Wesley in midfield, Soulé and Mora up front, and Malen as the striker.
