Bruno Pinheiro vows points in Lisboa as Sporting visit
Académico de Viseu manager Bruno Pinheiro previewed the club’s ninth‑round Primeira Liga clash with Sporting at Alvalade on Sunday, confirming the kick‑off for 20:30 and stressing his side will aim to steal points in Lisboa after previously doing so at the Luz stadium.

Pinheiro did not hide his admiration for Sporting’s long‑standing coach. He highlighted the technical quality and collective strength built under the same manager for several seasons. « Honestamente, acho que o Rui Borges tem feito um excelente trabalho no Sporting e esperamos um jogo muito difícil ».
Tactical plan hinges on early resistance
