Bosz praises Vanaken ahead of the clash with PSV in Eindhoven

Peter Bosz said that Hans Vanaken was “a good player” and was surprised to still see him at Club Brugge before the duel against PSV in Eindhoven. Club Brugge will face PSV on Wednesday at 21:00 for their fourth Champions League phase match in Eindhoven.
The Dutch coach, Peter Bosz, expressed his respect for PSV’s ‘Blauw & Zwart’. At Tuesday’s press conference, Bosz described Club Brugge as an interesting and quality opponent. He highlighted Brugge’s recognizable style, with young players, attacking full‑backs, wingers cutting inside and a striker capable of holding the ball.
Bosz also commented on Vanaken’s atypical role, a tall player who occupies the play‑maker position, usually reserved for smaller players. He added that winger Carlos Forbs, known in the Netherlands for his spell at Ajax, has found his footing and that his qualities are being fully utilised.
