€65 million has been linked to Barcelona defender Jules Kounde, but Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano says Tottenham Hotspur, the Premier League club, are not pursuing the 27‑year‑old and no negotiations are underway, amid swirling transfer speculation, the Lilywhites have dismissed the move as unfounded.

Jules Kounde is widely regarded as one of the world’s better right‑backs when fit and in form. The Frenchman’s pace, defensive acumen and versatility have earned him a regular place in Barcelona’s lineup under Hansi Flick.
