Sunderland have opened exploratory talks for Roma forward Matias Soule after Florent Ghisolfi’s request, as Gian Piero Gasperini eyes Mason Greenwood to bolster the Giallorossi attack. The arrival of the Englishman in Rome would reduce Soule’s minutes, prompting the Argentine to seek a move away this window.
