Napoli's decision on Lucca hinges on forward signing and rival interest

Napoli face a decisive moment as they must determine the future of striker Lorenzo Lucca, with the club’s transfer strategy now linked to potential forward signings and external interest. The uncertainty comes after Lazio and Genoa have been monitoring the 2000‑born attacker for over two months, putting pressure on Napoli’s management.

Interest from Lazio and Genoa

Alfredo Pedullà confirmed that Lazio and Genoa are interested in Lorenzo Lucca. Both clubs have asked for information about the striker. Lazio and Genoa have been active on his profile for over two months. This interest reflects a broader market for the 2000‑born forward.

Open market and forward signing

Lucca remains at the centre of several market surveys. Pedullà noted additional inquiries beyond the two Italian clubs. The market is still open around players of the 2000 class. Napoli has yet to make a definitive decision on his future.

The quote emphasizes that Napoli’s choice may also depend on another forward signing.
