PSG preferred Ferran Torres while Charles De Ketelaere talks about their contacts this summer

Charles De Ketelaere, 25‑year‑old Belgian international, said in an interview with La Dernière Heure that Paris Saint‑Germain had contacted him this summer, before ultimately opting for Ferran Torres.

The Belgian explained that his talks with PSG came after his successful performance in the Red Devils' shirt at the World Cup. “I spoke with PSG but they ultimately chose Ferran Torres,” he said. He highlighted his happiness at Atalanta, where he joined after his stint at AC Milan.

De Ketelaere reminded of the importance of being a starter at Atalanta, noting that the 2026‑2027 season is starting poorly with zero goals scored after five Serie A matchdays.
