Le Ligue race heats up as Paris FC eyes Imran Louza

Le Paris FC has placed Moroccan midfielder Imran Louza at the top of its transfer list to reinforce the midfield, according to reports. After a full season with Watford, the 27‑year‑old former Nantais could return to Ligue 1, six years after leaving for England.

His market valuation has risen to €14 million on Transfermarkt, the highest of his career, following a spell at Lorient in 2024 before rejoining the Hornets. The increased price reflects his resurgence after earlier periods at FC Nantes.

Louza’s roots lie with FC Nantes, the Yellow and Green club where he progressed through every youth level before moving to Watford in 2021. He previously logged two Ligue 1 seasons with Nantes, giving him intimate knowledge of the French top flight.
