Kane transforms Bayern Munich: record goals and assists in a record season

Harry Kane, Bayern Munich striker, has surpassed 100 appearances in the Bundesliga scoring 102 goals, while in the 2026/27 season he has tallied 22 decisive actions between goals and assists, showing that he is no longer just a penalty finisher.

A new role for a veteran

The English player is no longer the poacher who “just shoots and scores”. He has become an advanced playmaker who builds the game, protects the ball and provides assists in abundance, as Vincent Kompany testifies, who can no longer do without his contribution.

KANE is decisive even when he doesn’t score: in each of the last ten matches – Bundesliga, Champions League and Nations League – he has recorded a goal or an assist, outpacing teammates Olise and Luis Díaz.

Numbers that speak for themselves

Considering the matches with the England national team, Kane has tallied 22 decisive plays by mid‑October, an impressive figure for the halfway point of the season. Last season he netted 73 goals in 65 matches and 36 assists in 31 league games, winning the Golden Boot.
