The €3.92 billion project
The real estate complex, built by the owners of Manchester City, is valued at around €3.92 billion. The apartments are intended to host the players and staff during the season.
The announcement was released via a video posted by the real‑estate company, featuring Haaland smiling in front of the site.
"Hello everyone. I am very happy to join the Manchester City project with Ohana. I have just bought a house with my father, soon we will be neighbours," said the striker of the Citizens.
Haaland already owns several properties: an apartment in Oslo, another in his hometown of Bryne, a luxury villa in Marbella and, recently, a property on the outskirts of Manchester, in Cheshire.
