🇬🇧 By 4AllFootball ·

Ghana’s Black Satellites face a do‑or‑die clash with Togo, as a win is required to keep any knockout hopes alive in the 2026 WAFU Zone B U20 Championship. With only one point from two games, the side is under pressure to secure the needed three points.

The Ghana U20 team opened the tournament in Ivory Coast with a top clash against favourites Nigeria, but the Black Satellites suffered a 4‑2 defeat at the end of a thrilling contest.

Maxwell Konadu’s side then aimed to claim their first win on Thursday when they locked horns with Burkina Faso at the Lycee Scientifique Stadium.

In that game, a strike by Joseph Badu rescued Ghana from a second loss as the Black Satellites came from behind to draw 1‑1, leaving the team third in Group B with a single point.

Championship. The next encounter pits Ghana against Togo, and Konadu has warned that his boys must beat Togo by all means to stay in the competition.

The pressure mounts as the Black Satellites prepare for the decisive Group B fixture, knowing that only a victory will give them any chance of advancing to the knockout stage of the WAFU Zone B U20 Championship.

Faso.In the final match, the outcome will determine whether Ghana’s campaign ends early or continues, with the entire nation watching for a breakthrough performance.
