Europa League, Milan fields Hutchinson, Cisse and Terracciano in defence
Milan will face Benfica at San Siro in the second leg of the Europa League group stage, the first European match in more than 500 days. Rubén Amorim has decided to line up Omari Hutchinson from the first minute, pairing him with Cissé, while in defence Filippo Terracciano takes the place alongside De Winter and Pavlovic.
Offensive choice
In attack, Ramos remains the reference point, but is supported by Hutchinson, a debutant from the first minute, and by Cissé. Christian Pulisic is out of the squad, while Diego Moreira, who scored a brace against Lazio, remains on the bench. Luka Modric does not start, replaced by Jashari, who takes a place in midfield.
The four-man midfield consists of Chukwueze, Musah, Jashari and Bartesaghi, with Maignan between the posts. Among the reserves are Torriani, Estupinan, Loftus‑Cheek, Rabiot and Saelemaekers, ready to intervene if necessary.
