Crystal Palace secures experienced France keeper on loan from NWSL

The 2026/2027 season sees Crystal Palace add goalkeeper Pauline Peyraud-Magnin on loan from American National Women’s Soccer League side Denver Summit. The 34‑year‑old French international will be on the South Londoners' books for the campaign.

WSL Full-Time confirmed the move via an official media update from The Eagles this afternoon. The announcement highlighted the cross‑continental nature of the deal.

Peyraud-Magnin will spend the entire 2026/2027 season with the South London club. Her age and experience make her a seasoned addition to the squad.

She is no stranger to the Barclays Women’s Super League, having played for Arsenal between 2018 and 2020. During that spell she was part of the Arsenal side that secured the league title.

Her career began in France with spells at Lyon (twice), Issy, Saint‑Étienne and Marseille before moving to England. After Arsenal she represented Atlético Madrid, Juventus and most recently Denver Summit in the NWSL.

Peyraud-Magnin won the UEFA Women’s Champions League with Lyon and collected five domestic trophies while at Juventus. She has also earned 76 caps for the French national team.

After joining Crystal Palace on loan, she said, “I’m really excited to get started. It’s a really good opportunity for me to play again in England, in the best league in the world.” The move marks Palace’s seventh signing of the summer transfer window.
