Cork tighten Division lead after own goal derails Harps debut

Cork City arrived in Donegal after three successive defeats, including a 5‑2 loss at UCD the previous week, yet remained perched on the top of the SSE Airtricity Men’s First Division. Ex‑Harps striker Ruairi Keating then danced past his marker to slot the ball into the bottom corner. Teenage attacker Cillian Murphy added a third with a tidy finish, sealing the win.
