Centenario Napoli video thrills fans, Google Discover flags A&minus

Centenario Napoli celebrations officially began as the club posted an emotive video on its social channels, featuring a Neapolitan dialect phrase that reads “Ferma ‘o tiempo e fà durà ’sta grazia. Pe’ cient’anne… E ppure ‘e cchiù”, and marking the start of a hundred‑year tribute.

The film retraces a century of history through spectacular images of Napoli interspersed with some of the most iconic moments lived by the azzurra side, creating a journey of emotions, successes and memories that underline the deep bond between the club, the city and its supporters.

Adding a poetic touch, the voice of actress Cristiana Dell'Anna recites a Neapolitan poem that weaves through the visuals, turning the clip into a lyrical homage that celebrates not only football achievements but also the identity, culture and sense of belonging that have defined the colours for a hundred years.

With the release of the video, Il Napoli officially kicks off a programme of initiatives dedicated to the centenary, planning a series of events and celebrations designed to involve fans and honour a historic era of football, emotion and Neapolitan pride.

The announcement was highlighted on Google Discover, where it appeared under the tags "Fonti preferite" and "Stampa A− A+", signalling the platform’s endorsement of the club’s heritage content.

The accompanying web page includes a JavaScript snippet – $(document).ready(function(){ $('.zoomout').click(function(e){ e.preventDefault(); var dim=parseInt($(".reader").css('font-size')), line=parseInt($(".reader").css('line-height')); if(dim>8){ $(".reader").css({'font-size':(dim-2)+'px','line-height':(line-2)+'px'}); } }); – which enables readers to adjust the font size for optimal viewing.

A tweet sharing the phrase "Ferma ‘o tiempo e fà durà ’sta grazia. Pe’ cient’anne…E ppure ‘e cchiù" accompanied the video, linking fans directly to the celebration with the image pic.twitter.com/YdzjSa1VJb.
