Calafiori restores Italy's lead after Turkish equaliser

While Italy in the Nations League took an early lead thanks to Gianluca Scamacca in the 27th minute, Turkey equalised via Aral Simsir, after which Riccardo Calafiori put Italy back in front. The match took place on Monday 5 October 2026 and was broadcast live.

Gianluca Scamacca opened the scoring in the 27th minute with a shot after a cross from Francesco Pio Esposito. Five minutes later Scamacca received a Yellow card in the 43rd minute. Matteo Ruggeri received a Yellow card in the 48th minute.
