Patouillet joins Brestois
The club issued an official statement confirming the arrival of Mathieu Patouillet. His addition is intended to reinforce the squad following the recent goalkeeper turnover.
Goalkeeper turnover this summer
Grégoire Coudert left Le Stade Brestois to join English side Burnley. His departure was part of the extensive goalkeeper reshuffle this summer.
Noah Jaudy transferred to Belgian club Francs Borains. The move further reduced the number of goalkeepers on Brestois' roster.
Radoslaw Majecki completed his loan spell and returned to his parent club. His exit added to the vacancy in the goalkeeper position.
Egil Selvik was also referenced in the club's goalkeeper changes. The announcement did not elaborate on his future with the team.
