AS Rome's €30m bid signals serious intent for Belgium's Diable Rouge

L'AS Rome has taken the first step toward signing the Diable Rouge winger Diego Moreira, putting forward a €30 million offer that includes a 10 % clause on any future resale. The 21‑year‑old, who has already earned four caps for Belgium, is now the centre of a high‑profile transfer saga. Moreira impressed with a notable performance against Sénégal before disappearing from the Diable Rouge line‑up in the round of 16 and quarter‑finals of the Coupe du monde.
