Adani praises Olise: the French talent who enchants Italy
The former defender Lele Adani said that Michael Olise is the player who most “shakes” him at night, calling him “football in its purest form”, a comment released after Italy’s recent victories in the Nations League, following the 0‑2 defeat to Belgium in the opening match and the subsequent comeback against Turkey.
After the first knockout against Belgium, Roberto Mancini’s new Italy has not suffered any more defeats. Vincenzo Montella led the team to a second victory within a few days, beating Turkey 3‑1 with goals from Scamacca, Calafiori and Pio Esposito.

Adani then added to the Rai microphone: “On these nights I have found myself thinking about Olise, and I must say that he is probably the player who most amazes me, in a positive sense. He is a gift, he scores with his right foot, with his left… he plays football in its purest form, how can one not get excited?!”
