AD Shaqueel van Persie and Gjivai Zechiël have emerged as the two brightest talents in Feyenoord’s pre‑season preparation, with Zechiël now looking certain of a place in the starting eleven. The newspaper, Algemeen Dagblad, highlighted the duo after the club’s training camp.

Feyenoord completed five friendly matches against FC Dordrecht, Club Brugge, Sporting Charleroi, Rayo Vallecano and Atalanta as part of the build‑up to the competition start of the upcoming weekend. The Rotterdammers won every one of those games, finishing the pre‑season unbeaten.
