The final in Budapest ended 1-1 after regulation and extra time. Arsenal’s Declan Rice scored the opening goal in the 14th minute. Vitinha leveled for PSG in the 71st minute with a header from a Vitinha cross.

PSG becomes the first club to win back-to-back Champions League titles since Real Madrid in 2016-17 and 2017-18. Arsenal reached their first Champions League final since 2006.

Vitinha scored four goals in the knockout stages, including the decisive goal in the final. Declan Rice played all 120 minutes in the final.

PSG manager Luis Enrique secured his third Champions League title as a coach. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta lost his second final in four years.
