Espanyol Target Quilindschy Hartman in €18m Burnley Deal

Espanyol have opened negotiations to sign Dutch midfielder Quilindschy Hartman from Burnley for a reported fee of €18 million. The talks are being led by sporting director Monchi and club president Alan Pace.
