Prandelli backs Allegri’s compact Napoli for Champions League impact

Cesare Prandelli told dello Sport that coach Massimiliano Allegri has compacted Napoli and that the side will be able to make its mark in the Champions League, stressing the club’s enthusiasm and desire to succeed.

Prandelli, the former manager of Fiorentina, Parma and Genoa, gave the comments in a press interview, noting that Napoli’s recent season suffered from “some injuries that were too many”.

He added that “Max has compacted, will prepare the matches well and I am convinced he will be able to speak his mind”, referring to Allegri’s tactical work.
