Lens eyes Rennes graduate Kadile as Belocian alternative

In the bustling streets of Lens, RC Lens fans whisper about a possible new signing as the club’s summer market heats up, with 23‑year‑old Junior Kadile, former Stade Rennais forward who dazzled in Switzerland, emerging as a top rumor after scoring six goals and providing ten assists in just thirteen games for Servette.

Kadile’s Swiss breakthrough

In the Swiss Super League (Suisse), Kadile’s form has surged, making him one of the most effective offensive players. Over 13 matches he recorded six goals and ten assists, totalling 16 decisive contributions.

Kadile was Formé at Stade Rennais, where he made a single first‑team appearance before moving abroad. He later played for Famalicão in Portugal, then Laval in Ligue 2, and subsequently joined Almere City in the Netherlands. Et the journey continued across Europe.

Almere City loaned him to Servette with an option to buy, which the Swiss club exercised. The player signed a contract that runs until June 2029, securing his future in the Ligue 1‑bound market.

Lens interest and competing rumors

The RC Lens Mercato continues to generate buzz, and the name Junior Kadile is now circulating among the Lens community. The club is reportedly looking at him as a possible replacement for Rayan Fofana, who is set to join Le Havre. Lens has also been linked to former Rennes defender Jeanuël Belocian.

Swiss journalist Daniel Visentini posted on X that Kadile could skip a move to Salzburg and head to northern France in Ligue 1. Et the speculation adds another layer to the growing interest.

Earlier reports suggested Servette were in advanced talks with RB Salzburg, with the Swiss press citing a potential fee of around eight million euros. La rumor indicated that Lens would have diverted Kadile from that Austrian destination.

To date, RC Lens has not confirmed any formal offer for Kadile. The rumor remains unverified, and observers advise waiting for an official statement.
