Winter quiet at SSC Napoli stalls Frattesi’s move

In the quiet of the winter transfer window, SSC Napoli’s inactivity has left midfielder Davide Frattesi without a clear destination, as the club’s stalled agenda keeps his ambitions in limbo. The lack of concrete talks with potential buyers means his future remains uncertain as the season approaches its second half.

The club has publicly stated that it is looking for players capable of strengthening the roster for manager Massimiliano Allegri. The objective is to bolster the squad ahead of the second half of the season.

SSC’s scouting department is actively reviewing potential signings. Their work focuses on identifying profiles that match Allegri’s tactical requirements.

Davide Frattesi repeatedly appears on SSC Napoli’s radar. His personal connection with Emanuele Palumbo, known as Geolier, is cited as an additional factor in the club’s monitoring.

Napoli set €30m price as Premier League clubs eye McTominay

Frattesi is leaving Inter after a season without registering a goal or an assist. The lack of statistical contribution has lowered his market valuation despite his Serie A experience.

According to Tuttosport, the initial asking price for the midfielder is €30 million, while a €25 million package including bonuses would be acceptable. Such a deal would leave Napoli with a net balance of €13 million.

No concrete offers have emerged from Premier League clubs. English sides remain in contact through the player’s representatives, but discussions have not produced formal bids.

Al Hilal salary fuels Serie A chase for Inzaghi, Juventus and Napoli

La lack of renewed search by Napoli and Roma during the winter window underscores the limited activity. Juventus remains on the periphery, with former coaches Carnevali and Spalletti monitoring the situation as admirers rather than active pursuers.

With the winter deadline approaching, the silence suggests Napoli may wait for a better offer or abandon the pursuit, leaving Frattesi’s future uncertain until the summer transfer window opens.
