Vrijwel everything Pep Guardiola used at Man City goes up for auction
Almost every item Pep Guardiola Vrijwel used while at Man City is now being offered to the public, with the Dutch auction site matchwornshirt.com opening bids for the former Spanish success coach's office and training gear.
Guardiola announced at the end of last season that, after ten successful years, he would leave Manchester City, making his personal effects available for sale.
The auction is listed under the heading "Vaarwel Pep kantoor collectie" on matchwornshirt.com, where bidders can browse a wide range of memorabilia.
Among the items are notepads, a coffee mug, a whistle, the coach's incense collection and even the lamp he kept on his desk.
The sale closes in four days; the office chair (2670 euros) and the training jacket (2637 euros) are attracting strong interest, while the current top bid of 7797 euros is on the match ball on which Erling Haaland scored his hundredth Premier League goal under Guardiola.
Matchwornshirt.com was founded by Dutch brothers Bob and Tijmen Zonderwijk, who sell roughly one hundred thousand shirts and sports memorabilia each year, with a large share of the proceeds supporting charities linked to the clubs.
The catalogue advertises "Alle attributen" that Pep Guardiola used at Manchester City, and the promotional image even carries the credit "© ANPBijna" to highlight the source of the collection.
