Transfer market rattles Arsenal: Gyokeres unhappy and four interested
Viktor Gyokeres, 28, is unhappy with his role as a substitute at Arsenal and may leave the Emirates in the next transfer window, according to Caught Offside. The Swedish striker has a contract until 2030 and was acquired for €66.9 million in 2025, but has only featured in five games, starting just twice.
Interest from foreign clubs
The same source indicates that Al Ittihad, Al Ahli, Juventus and AC Milan, led by Ruben Amorim, are monitoring the situation and could move forward with offers as early as January. All four clubs are keen to secure the striker via a loan or permanent Transfer.
At Arsenal, Kai Havertz has been Mikel Arteta's preferred centre‑forward, further limiting Gyokeres's opportunities. The Swede has yet to score any goal this season, which heightens his frustration and his desire for more playing time.
With the winter market approaching, a loan emerges as the most likely solution for the player, according to Caught Offside. A Transfer deal or loan would allow Gyokeres to add more minutes and revive his career.
Until next month, Arsenal has not yet commented publicly on Gyokeres's future, but pressure from interested parties could force a decision before the transfer window closes.
