Real Madrid eyes record‑breaking €200m bid for Galactico Olise

Real Madrid, led by president Florentino Perez, are targeting Michael Olise to fill a creative void in their midfield after the FIFA World Cup, planning a bid that could exceed €200 million and set a new transfer record. The Spanish giants hope the signing will reinforce their attacking options for the upcoming season.

Olise has reportedly told his compatriots he wants to leave Bayern Munich and is obsessed with joining the Galactico side. Bayern Munich, however, have signalled they will not make the move easy, expecting a massive payout rather than a token fee.

Los Blancos have been briefed on the development and are preparing to launch an offer once the FIFA World Cup concludes. Earlier today, Real Madrid and Florentino Perez took a major step towards securing the summer target.

Diario AS reported that Bayern understand they have a problem with Olise and will have to allow him to leave if he persists. The fee is expected to significantly exceed €200 million, potentially matching or surpassing the €222 million PSG paid for Neymar, the sport’s most expensive transfer to date.

That Neymar deal remains the benchmark, meaning Real Madrid would likely have to break it to sign Olise. Reports suggest the club is ready to spend €200 million, which would eclipse their previous record of €127 million for Jude Bellingham by over €100 million, possibly requiring a massive exit such as Vinicius Jr.

The Spanish side plans to submit its bid after the World Cup, but Bayern Munich’s demand for a gargantuan fee creates a high‑stakes negotiation that could reshape both squads ahead of the next season.

If the clubs reach an agreement, the transfer would set a new benchmark for spending and cement Real Madrid’s reputation for breaking every ceiling to secure a Galactico. Both clubs face a delicate balance between financial gain and sporting ambition.
