PSG target €8 million Ghana winger as European market soars

Paris Saint‑Germain are linked with a €8 million move for 19‑year‑old Ghanaian winger Prince Amoako Junior from FC Nordsjælland.
Amoako Junior, a left‑winger who prefers his right foot, has made ten appearances in the Danish Superliga this season. He has also featured six times in Conference League qualifying, scoring two goals and providing one assist. The teenager joined Nordsjælland from Right to Dream on a free transfer in February 2025 and has since established himself in the club’s first‑team group.
Contract and market context
His current deal runs until 30 June 2030, giving the Danish club a strong contractual position should interest from PSG develop into a formal approach. Amoako Junior was born in Amasaman and represents Ghana. He has recorded 591 minutes in the Superliga this season, while his European qualifying campaign has included 377 minutes.
The reported interest comes as the wingers’ market value has reached €8 million, although there is no indication of an agreed fee or advanced negotiations. PSG’s potential pursuit would represent a move from Denmark’s top flight to Ligue 1 for a player who only joined Nordsjælland last year. For now, Amoako Junior remains a Nordsjælland player under contract through the end of the 2029‑30 season.
