Premier League chase halted: Kebbal, Mbow and Camara stay at Paris FC
Ilan Kebbal, Moustapha Mbow and Adama Camara have all been linked with moves across the Channel to the Premier League this summer, but Paris FC’s sporting director Marco Neppe confirmed on Sunday that the trio will stay at the Stade Jean Bouin for the upcoming season.
Interest from England and France
Kebbal has been linked with several Premier League clubs, including Everton and Brentford, while cash‑strapped Olympique de Marseille have also enquired about the Algeria international. Mbow has attracted attention from Liverpool and is also mentioned in connection with England’s top flight, and Camara has frequently been the subject of links away from Paris FC.
Marco Neppe said, “I can say that things are very clear with these players.” He began his remarks on Sunday, emphasizing the club’s position.
He added, “They know that the club is counting on them a lot and they have never expressed a desire to leave.” Neppe continued, “Kebbal, Mbow and Camara won’t leave this summer. Like us, they are the desire to continue, grow, and take the next steps together.”
Premières tensions at Olympique de Marseille as new faces arrive
The decision is a boost for Liam Rosenior, who took over at Paris FC this summer. Rosenior will look to have his side fighting in the top half of the table.
Paris FC play their home matches at the Stade Jean Bouin, providing a familiar environment for the three players. Their continued presence is expected to strengthen the squad’s ambitions.
Marco Neppe announced on Sunday that none of the trio will depart, confirming their commitment to Paris FC for the coming campaign.
