Pjanic: Juventus three points off the top, Roma impress

In the afternoon of the Trento Sports Festival, Miralem Pjanic, former midfielder of Juventus and Roma, commented on Juventus' start to the league, just three points off the top, and praised Roma for its impressive start this season.

Juventus and Roma in the spotlight

Pjanic said: "We are only at the beginning of the season, things are going fairly well and Juventus is just three points off the top." He adds that the team wants to get back into the Champions League, fight for the title but, realistically, aim for a place among the top four.

Regarding Roma, he stated: "When Roma plays, you can sit on the couch and watch them. It's impressive, if the Giallorossi keep up this pace all season I don't think anyone can trouble them." The midfielder hopes the Giallorossi can win the title and celebrate with their spectacular fans.

Alajbegovic, Ronaldo and other topics

On the young Bosnian Alajbegovic, Pjanic said: "He is only 19 years old, still has a lot to learn, but learns very quickly. He is someone who doesn't feel fear, he fits very well at Juventus and is very happy." He describes himself as being very close to the player and his family, emphasizing that he does not want to put too much pressure on him.

The Cristiano Ronaldo case was described by Pjanic as "a bit sad", adding that the blame does not fall on either the coach or the player: "He is always competitive, but this does not match the coach's thinking. I hope that CR7 and Portugal can find a solution".

On Edin Dzeko's farewell to the Bosnian national team, Pjanic recalled: "I was there last night as well, I went for Edin, to accompany him in his last night with the national team. Dzeko has given a lot, playing up to 40 years old, but now it is time to give space to a new generation".

Finally, he commented on the rumors about Bajraktarevic: "I would be happy, I think it could happen very soon. He gets little playing time where he is now (at PSV), he is a talented youngster with important technical qualities". His words were collected by TMW correspondents.

Pjanic's statements, now a market operator, show his closeness to young talents and his ability to analyze both the ambitions of Italian clubs and international situations, offering interesting insights for the summer market.
