Perisic eyes Inter return while PSV refuses to let him go
At 10:05 today, Croatian winger Ivan Perisic openly signalled his desire to rejoin Internazionale, while PSV Eindhoven made clear they have no intention of allowing the departure, insisting the club is not a charity and would suffer on the left flank without him.
The speculation is not new; Perisic has been linked with a return to Inter before, and former player Timo Letschert said the interest is understandable.
In the #DoneDeal transfer podcast produced by VoetbalPrimeur, analysts concluded that PSV gains nothing from a Perisic exit.
"Perisic wants very much. It is very clear that PSV has no interest in letting him go. PSV is not a charity, so they will not let him go for an apple and an egg. If they let him leave, I think PSV will get into trouble at that left‑wing position," the podcast said.
The juxtaposition shows Perisic’s eagerness to return to Inter clashes with PSV’s refusal to part with him, highlighting a transfer window standoff.
