Nicolas Raskin leads Rangers to beat Celtic
Starting the whole match, Nicolas Raskin led the Rangers to qualify for the Scottish Cup semi‑finals by handing a 3‑0 defeat to Celtic Glasgow this Sunday at Ibrox. He played the full 90 minutes, while Daniel Neill, Kevin Kelsy and Kelsy scored the three goals.
The first goal came from Daniel Neill in the 22nd minute, quickly followed by Kevin Kelsy who doubled the lead at the hour mark. Kelsy then scored his second goal a quarter of an hour from the end, sealing the Old Firm’s unassailable score.
An unexpected journey for Raskin
Rudi Garcia, at the helm of the Red Devils, recently made a surprising revelation about Nicolas Raskin, who was hoping for a big transfer this summer. Excluded from the Rangers’ squad at the start of the season to negotiate his departure, he ultimately remained on the sidelines, rejoined the first team and regained his status as a starter.
The Rangers could face Wouter Vrancken’s Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Cup final, the Hearts having beaten Stenhousemuir to reach the last four.
For now, the Glasgow Rangers will take on Aberdeen in the semi‑final, making them the clear favourites of the competition.
