Milan lock in home‑grown striker until 2031, signalling long‑term faith

Official statement AC Milan have extended forward Francesco Camarda’s contract until 30 June 2031, adding a further one‑year club option. The agreement binds the home‑grown striker to the Rossoneri for the foreseeable future and formalises his long‑term future at the club.

The renewal reflects the club’s confidence that Camarda can evolve into a key player for the senior side. By securing his services, Milan demonstrate a clear belief in his potential to fill future attacking needs.

The deal runs until 30 June 2031 and includes an additional one‑year option at the club’s discretion, extending the possible term to 2032.

Camarda entered the Rossoneri youth academy at the age of seven, beginning a decade‑long development pathway that laid the foundation for his technical growth within the club.

He advanced through the Primavera side, later featuring for Milan Futuro, and completed his formation before reaching senior level, gaining the experience required for top‑flight football.

After graduating from the youth ranks, Camarda made his First Team debut, illustrating Milan’s willingness to integrate academy graduates into the senior squad.

During the 2022‑23 season he spent a loan spell at Lecce in Serie A, logging 23 appearances and contributing one goal and one assist, gaining valuable top‑level experience.

Both AC Milan and Francesco Camarda have expressed ambition to grow together and achieve new milestones, and the extended contract underscores their shared commitment to future success.
