According to the Italian site Calciomercato, both Milan and Roma are tracking the 20‑year‑old and are watching the possibility of a negotiation in January 2027. Their interest reflects a desire to add a versatile forward to their squads.

Milan first pursued Endrick during the August window, negotiating for roughly two weeks before José Mourinho resisted losing the attacker at that moment. The resistance halted the deal, but the club’s interest has not faded.

The Italian side view Endrick as a potential second striker or even a reference forward, keeping him among the principal names evaluated for reinforcement in January. Any move, however, would still require the authorisation of Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez.
