Italy retain 15th place in the FIFA rankings after the latest update, which incorporates the 338 international matches played worldwide since the World Cup, with manager Roberto Mancini confirming the Azzurri stay put.
Spain remain at the summit, bolstering its lead thanks to a string of Nations League wins, and sit ahead of Argentina and France in the table.
Portugal climb two places to fifth, while Brazil and Morocco each slip one spot, landing sixth and seventh respectively.
Switzerland rise two places to 12th, whereas Germany and Croatia each drop a place to 13th and 14th, keeping them within Italy’s sights ahead of the next updates.
