Lommel eye upset over Club Brugge as Westerlo looms

“They have already played Union and Genk,” Pieklak explained, adding that the first quarter of the Genk‑Westerlo match impressed him. He believes Lommel can achieve something against every team, even Club Brugge.
Pieklak wants his side to rediscover the football that brought success last season. “If we can play again like last season and show what we showed, then I think something is possible against everyone,” he said.
Captain Lucas Schoofs warns that Lommel must avoid falling behind early after a draw at STVV and a loss to Charleroi. “We have to be ready from the first minute,” he asserted.
Schoofs emphasises the need for a strong home performance against Westerlo. “It is Westerlo at home and you want to take points there. In every home match you must try to keep the points at home,” he added.
