Liverpool's £60m chase for a new winger hits Brighton roadblock

David Ornstein Liverpool have submitted a £60m bid to sign Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh, aiming to replace Mohamed Salah on the right flank. The Merseyside club are actively seeking a new winger in the summer market as they look to refresh their attack.

Liverpool initially offered £50 million for Minteh, then increased the sum to around £60 million, £70 million for the 22‑year‑old.
