Juventus eye €20m French midfielder and €15m English defender from Milan

Juventus are reported to be preparing moves for two AC Milan players – French midfielder Youssouf Fofana, valued at just under €20 million, and English defender Fikayo Tomori, priced around €15 million – once their goalkeeper situation is settled.

Fofana: French midfielder on the radar

Sportal reports the Bianconeri have already made informal contact with Youssouf Fofana. The French midfielder is no longer considered central to Ruben Amorim’s plans at Milan. Amorim is keen to give Ardon Jashari a more prominent role, freeing space for Juventus to acquire the midfielder.

Tomori: English defender becomes expendable

Fikayo Tomori, the English defender, is also on Juventus’ radar. He is contracted to Milan until 2027 and could be available for around €15 million. His situation grew uncertain after the arrival of Mario Gila, indicating he is no longer a key part of Amorim’s plans.

What the moves could mean for Turin and Milan

Milan would prefer to sell the former Chelsea defender abroad rather than strengthen a direct Serie A rival. With concrete offers yet to arrive and his contract entering its final year, Juventus could negotiate a favourable deal. The Bianconeri are currently prioritising their goalkeeper search, but once resolved, the Turin‑Milan transfer route could become significantly more active. A successful acquisition would give Juventus defensive depth while allowing Milan to promote Jashari.

The speculation follows Juventus’ recent Serie A match against US Lecce on May 9, 2026. If the deals materialise, both clubs stand to reshape their squads ahead of the season’s final stretch.
