Iraola backs Wirtz despite £116m price tag and slow start
Liverpool’s £116 million signing Florian Wirtz has yet to find his footing, but manager Andoni Iraola insists he has no concerns over the German international’s form. The 23‑year‑old arrived from Bayer Leverkusen last summer and has recorded just one assist in five appearances this term.
