Hull City boss says Morita back in training with teammates
Hull City manager Sergei Yakhilovich confirmed on the 9th that Japan international midfielder 守田英正 has rejoined first‑team training again, alongside teammates ブルック・ノートン・カフィー, according to a BBC report. Images (Getty) show the player taking part in drills at the club’s facilities.
守田 left Sporting at the end of last season and joined Hull City on a free transfer this summer. A pre‑season injury delayed his start, but he made his debut as a substitute in the Carabao Cup second‑round tie against Stoke City on 25 August, and later started the Premier League match against Coventry City on 29 August before being forced off at half‑time due to an adductor injury.
Yakhilovich added that Morita will rejoin the squad after the international break and is expected to be available for the Premier League sixth‑round clash with Everton on the 11th, where he could make his first appearance in roughly six weeks.
