Ghana want Jayden Addai, but the Oranje hope for a chance for him

In the studio, where the microphones are ready, the name Jayden Addai is suddenly mentioned as a possible reinforcement for the Oranje. The young striker could be an interesting addition to the Dutch national team. The player himself hopes for a place in the Dutch national team, while Ghana would like to have him. “I hope we give Addai a chance in time with the Dutch national team. Ghana really wants him, but he hopes for the Dutch national team,” said the speaker. In addition, the names Givairo Read and Ian Maatsen were mentioned, with commentator Frimpong not being selected in four recent matches, but Read could be a Xavi‑like right‑back.

The comments show that both the Oranje and Ghana are interested in Addai and that the development of young full‑backs such as Read and Maatsen is being closely monitored.
