GAE-captain given freedom: Heeft deadline of 1 August

The captain has been granted space by the club to arrange a transfer, but no respectable offer has been placed on the table so far. The management remains patient, waiting for a bid that meets their criteria.

“​The new coach also really wants to keep him. We are doing everything to keep him,” Van Dop told reporters in the Oosttribune about Kramer. He added that the first contact came from FC Groningen, which the club rejected before setting the deadline of 1 August for any potential move.

Van Dop outlined the conditions for interested parties, stating that interest from PSV, Ajax, Feyenoord, AZ or any foreign club would require a good bid. He mentioned that a Turkish club approached but did not submit a respectful offer, so the Eagles did not respond.

According to Van Dop, Kramer’s transfer situation does not affect his playing time, as head coach Joseph Oosting devotes considerable time and energy to all players. Kramer currently receives extra attention because of his circumstances, and while some unrest exists, the club hopes to retain him.
