The CIES observatory, a Football research centre, built a statistical model that explains roughly 85 percent of the price variation observed in transfers. Union SG emerges as the best‑represented club after Brugge, with Van De Perre and Zorgane both valued above €30 million. Genk’s Smets commands €30.3 million, while Cvetkovic adds €27.9 million, completing the top‑ten roster.
