Bologna ready for Lazio clash as Casale sits out

Bologna are set to host Lazio at the Dall'Ara stadium on Monday at 18:30 for the first matchday of Serie A 2026‑27, with Casale the only player listed as unavailable for the fixture.

Head coach Roberto Tedesco will have a pool of 24 players to choose from for his debut in charge of the club.

The attacking options have been bolstered by the arrival of two new forwards, Piccoli and Dovbyk, who join the squad for the opening game.

In addition, Marco Libra has been promoted from the Primavera side, a move the coach confirmed during the pre‑match press conference.
