Bayern eyeing €80‑million deal for Barcelona star Olmo
Bayern Munich is again considering the signing of the Spanish attacking player Dani Olmo from FC Barcelona. According to the outlet El Nacional, an offer of around 80 million euros is being prepared to close the attacking gaps of the Munich club. The 28‑year‑old Spaniard would thus return to Germany after his spell at RB Leipzig.
Bayern plans 80‑million‑euro‑offer
The Munich side are looking for additional attacking options because Jamal Musiala and Michael Olise are no longer showing the desired consistency. El Nacional emphasizes that Olmo’s name is therefore high up on the internal list again. A stronger offer could persuade Barcelona to enter talks.
Dani Olmo has a contract with Barcelona until June 2030. This season he shares the attacking midfield spots with Fermín López, Pedri and the young Lamine Yamal. The competition for starting places is intense.
Initially the same outlet reported a sum of 70 million euros. Now the possible amount has risen to around 80 million euros, a level that could at least bring Barcelona to negotiations.

So far there is no official confirmation of an offer or of ongoing negotiations between Bayern and Barcelona. The talks therefore remain speculative.
The 28‑year‑old Olmo spent four and a half years at RB Leipzig before moving to Barcelona in the summer. A return to Germany would bring his career back to a familiar environment.
The same report also mentioned Jules Kounde, but his potential transfer is not the focus of the Munich side. Bayern now has to decide whether the high offer will be realised.
