Bayern eye German forward on loan to Juventus
It was announced that the German striker Nick Woltemade is playing at Juventus on loan, and Bayern Munich already shows interest in bringing him to the club. The move, which could happen in the next summer transfer window, puts the 24‑year‑old on the radar of one of the Bundesliga giants.
Bayern's confirmed interest
According to Football Insider, Bayern Munich is planning a possible push for the German international next summer. The source says the Bavarian club is closely monitoring Woltemade's performance while he is in Italy.
Woltemade was loaned by Newcastle to Juventus this summer. So far, he has featured in four matches for the Italian club, scoring one goal, including in the Bianconeri's rout of NEC in the Europa League.
During his first season serving Newcastle, the forward scored 11 goals and provided five assists in 51 games. At the start of the current season, he added two appearances and one assist before being sent on the Italian loan.
Newcastle, which paid around £64 million for the striker in 2025, is willing to hear permanent offers, according to transfer information. Bayern, for its part, has not yet disclosed details about any potential financial proposal.
If Bayern moves forward and finalises the signing, Woltemade could bolster the Bavarian attack for the next campaign, adding depth to a squad that already features several high‑profile names.
