Bayern close in on two‑year Harry Kane extension to 2029
In Munich, Bayern Munich are putting the finishing touches on a new deal for England forward Harry Kane. The 33‑year‑old is expected to sign within days, extending his contract by two years. Negotiations, already described as at the final stage, have reportedly made a significant breakthrough.
The new deal would move the expiry from June 2027 to June 2029. Kane joined from Tottenham Hotspur in summer 2023 for an estimated €100 million. He has 152 goals and 34 assists in 154 official matches and has been Bundesliga top scorer for three straight seasons, scoring six in seven games this term.
